KT Erhvervsbyg A/S udførte i 2016 en tilbygning til Welcons kontorbygning på Vejlevej 270, 7323 Give. Welcon var bygherre, og projektet blev udført som totalentreprise. Tilbygningen anvendes til administration.
Ydervæggenes opbygning
Ydervæggene er udført som hulmur med udvendig skalmur af sten og bagmur af letbetonelementer.
